Campus Safety is always important!

Sent on behalf of the UNM-Gallup administration and police department:

Dear Campus Community,

With the upcoming winter break, please be reminded that the campus will be on lock down protocol and there will be no custodial or security services on-site beginning 7:00 pm Thursday, December 21st until the campus reopens at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.

As always, the safety of our community is a topmost priority so always be aware of your surroundings on campus.  Should you experience or witness any type of emergency situation please dial 911 immediately.   In the event of a non-emergency situation requiring police attention, please dial either (505) 863-7620 for the on-campus police station or the non-emergency cell phone numbers for our police officers as below:
·         Sgt. Richard Perez:      (505) 979-3835
·         Officer Ray Padilla      (505) 979-3834
·         Officer Ken Langley    (505) 870-2661

Our police officers also offer escort services so call their non-emergency cell phone numbers any time you need an escort to get to your car or between buildings.

We pride ourselves on having a safe and secure campus, but please always be aware and alert to any instances that may require assistance.
